Living Room 03:50
Now I’ve forgotten the pleasantries I need to keep this together, I think you’d be better off dreaming bigger than this pixelated picture. Re-adjust your focus, avoiding the psychosis. There’s a fire in my stomach, I’m not stoked by it. My heavy-handed friend keeps dropping hints That I’m no good, that I’m no good. Since I’ve been bed bound I’m finding all these reasons to rot forever. I can make this simpler. dilute me. In the living room we’ll see who can last for longer, we both know that you’re stronger. There’s a fire in my stomach, I’m not stoked by it. My heavy-handed friend keeps dropping hints That I’m no good, that I’m no good. I’m not surprised she’s angry; I’m sedated and to blame. The old ball and chain has rusted from soaking in my pain. If you can’t find me near in Abington I’ll appear. Leave it; it’s my living room too. Stop cleaning. This mess it just needs leaving

Pluck out all the flaws, Don’t it make you feel pretty? Now you’ve settled all your scores Lets get to the nitty gritty. It’s a shortfall believing. What I call pulling teeth you call living. When nights draw near I feel fear. It was exciting at the start But don’t you feel weary? I don’t feel like taking part In the taking or giving. And don’t it feel fun Tightening your lungs? Mum can you see your eldest son? See what he’s become. It’s a shortfall believing. What I call pulling teeth you call living. When nights draw near I feel fear. Life is fear.

Part of Me 03:13
If I forget all about the way we lived would I come round? Days roll by so quickly, trains leaving something behind. We all think of dying, I’m dreaming most of the time. If there’s one thing that can sway my mind, It would be you. Can we meet soon? I need to leave the house. Hopefully my mood lifts and I don’t bring you down. Or maybe we’ll both sulk and it’ll suit us both just fine. I’ll still think of dying, just briefly not all time. If there’s one thing that can sway my mind, It would be you. Thoughts get placed in when you’re not there. I’m getting drunk, I’m unaware That my self pity is drowning out Everything I care about. It’s just a part of me, is it a part of you?

Cut You Up 03:55
I’ll think of you the way I want to, So when you complain I wont listen. Imperfection’s beautiful but this is something else. I still hear you screaming from last time you hurt yourself, You said it’s what you need. “It’s that or wait for the next time somebody else Thinks that they can fix me.” Everything they said cut you up, got in your head. Now your mask faces downward like flowers wilting. You push me all the time despite my crooked spine. I still hear you screaming from last time you hurt yourself, You said it’s what you need. “It’s that or wait for the next time somebody else Thinks that they can fix me.” Come to. Hold back. Let me in before you attack.
